Delete your Bimzo account

Operated by Bimzo Limited. You can permanently delete your Bimzo account and the personal data associated with it here — no sign-in required. You can also delete your account instantly from the Bimzo app: Profile → Delete account.

Delete your account

Enter the email address associated with your Bimzo account. We'll send a verification code to confirm that you own the account before you can permanently delete it.

For your security, an account can never be deleted using an email address alone. You must verify the code sent to the account's registered email address before deletion can continue.

What deletion means for your data

Deleted

  • Your account and profile
  • Saved vehicles and garage records, including MOT details and reminders
  • Favourited specialists and notification history
  • Your side of conversations: message text, photos, attachments and voice notes
  • Reviews you wrote
  • Files you uploaded — chat photos and attachments, voice notes, and specialist profile images and documents
  • Your specialist business profile (specialist accounts)
  • Blocks involving your account, in either direction
  • Reports you made
  • Call log details showing your name
  • Your name and email address in our internal admin audit records

Possibly retained

  • Reports made about your account, kept only where needed for abuse, fraud and security review, and containing only an internal account reference — not your name, email or profile details
  • Admin audit records of security actions, kept with your name and email removed
  • Conversations you took part in remain for the other participant, with your identity and content removed
  • Operational platform records (such as email delivery and system logs) that Bimzo cannot individually edit or delete

Bimzo keeps retained data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Bimzo does not apply any other fixed retention period to deleted accounts.
