Every specialist on Bimzo goes through a review process before appearing on the platform. We look at experience and the services they offer to make sure they are a genuine match for the customers we serve.
Specialists are listed by what they actually do — from diagnostics and ECU work to tyres, EV servicing, and key programming. You are connected with someone who has the right skills for your specific problem, not just the nearest available option.
After every job, customers can leave feedback on their experience. This helps others make informed decisions and gives us the insight we need to maintain quality across the platform.
Specialists on Bimzo are expected to represent their skills honestly, maintain appropriate insurance where applicable, and operate professionally. We take these standards seriously.
Our commitment does not end at sign-up. We monitor specialist activity and customer feedback on an ongoing basis. Specialists who fall below our standards are reviewed and may be removed from the platform.
