All specialists listed on Bimzo operate as independent businesses. Bimzo does not employ specialists and does not directly provide vehicle repairs or services. Any work, pricing, and agreements are arranged directly between you and the specialist. Bimzo facilitates the connection — the working relationship is between you and the professional you choose.
Bimzo reviews specialists as part of the onboarding process. Verification levels are based on factors such as specialist skills, experience, available information, customer feedback, and professional standards. Bimzo covers a wide range of automotive professionals — including programmers, diagnostics specialists, auto electricians, and specialist technicians — some of whom may not hold traditional formal qualifications but bring significant practical expertise. Verification helps create confidence, but customers are always encouraged to review profiles, ask questions, and confirm relevant details before work begins.

Some features of Bimzo are available free of charge. Other services — such as specialist subscriptions, premium features, or future marketplace services — may involve a fee. Any charges will always be clearly explained before payment is required. You will never be charged without prior notice.
Reviews are an important part of the Bimzo trust system. While we take reasonable steps to review and monitor specialists on the platform, we are not party to the working arrangement between customer and specialist, and are not responsible for the outcome of any services arranged through Bimzo. Specialists remain responsible for their own work, conduct, and service quality. To the extent permitted by law, Bimzo's liability is limited to its role as a connection platform.
